Magnum Gas Storage Project Cultural Resources Survey

Summary: Cardno ENTRIX is conducting the cultural resource investigations for a 2,930 acre natural gas storage site and 61.5-mile long pipeline in compliance with Section 106 of the NHPA and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission certificating process. Tasks which Cardno ENTRIX has completed include meetings with agencies, permit coordination, American Indian consultation, preparation of Resource Report 4 and Environmental Assessment sections for cultural resources, and technical reports detailing the results of the cultural resource inventories and evaluations. These reports were submitted to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Bureau of Land Management, and State of Utah Schools and Institutional Trust Lands Administration.
