Summary: Cardno ENTRIX was the lead Wetland Specialist for the Lake County Division of Transportation?s Illinois Route 120 Corridor Feasibility Study, which encompassed a 20-mile long, two-mile wide corridor through the suburban Chicago county of Lake. Services provided included environmental data collection and analysis, environmental field assessments, bi-monthly Environmental Task Force meetings, public involvement meetings, regulatory agency consultation, Areas of Environmental Concern assessments, and environmental mitigation strategy development. Services conformed to the applicable procedures, responsibilities, methodologies, and documentation outlined by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Illinois Department of Transportation, and Lake County.
