Summary: Cardno ENTRIX is in the process of conducting a comprehensive economic analysis in support of the South Sacramento Habitat Conservation Plan for Sacramento County. The analysis includes a detailed evaluation of land value, restoration and enhancement, management and monitoring, and plan administration costs associated with implementation of the HCP. It also entails the development of a fee-based funding program design to cover HCP costs to ensure sustainability of the plan over time.
