Comprehensive Water Plan for the Soboba Indian Reservation

Summary: Cardno ENTRIX prepared a reconnaissance comprehensive water plan for the Soboba Indian Reservation. The development plan involved both a water supply assessment and water needs assessment. Present and future water use was compared to existing water supply and systems. Water system improvements were evaluated along with wastewater treatment needs. This information was used to negotiate a five-party settlement involving the tribe, the federal government, Metropolitan Water District, Eastern Metropolitan Water District, and Lake Hemet Municipal Water District.
