Summary: Cardno ENTRIX staff provided NRDA strategy regarding injuries to natural resources caused by the release of hazardous substances from a mine in Idaho. Staff wrote a restoration plan used in settlement negotiations and functioned in the role of an expert witness regarding aquatic impacts. The plan to restore salmon-spawning and rearing habitat in several portions of the watershed has been largely successful and has resulted in the mining company being released from future restoration requirements.
