REACh Compliance

While the upcoming 2013 registration deadline may seem far off, it is critical to begin work now. This year brings even more requirements as the authorisation process officially has begun with the recent release of the first Annex XIV list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). In addition, more changes to hazard communications driven by the implementation of the Classification, Labeling and Packaging (CLP) regulation in the EU will require significant work. 2011 will be a critical period for gaining REACh experience and staying ahead of the compliance curve.

Our professionals have helped multiple companies and Consortia accomplish their 2010 registrations, and are well positioned to help prepare for the next round of registrations, as well as provide critical support for the new authorisation process.
