Richard Hubner Joins Cardno ENTRIX to Broaden Client Services in Washington, DC

We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Washington, DC office with the addition of Richard Hubner. He will focus initially on serving clients in the areas of product registration, product stewardship and regulatory advocacy. Moving forward, he will also help extend the firm’s client service offerings in resource economics, energy and litigation support. Cardno ENTRIX Welcomes David Dickson to Tallahassee, Florida Office

David Dickson joined Cardno ENTRIX as a Senior Project Scientist on 11 April 2011 in the Tallahassee office. David has over 18 years experience as a natural resource professional who specializes in the assessment of Florida’s ecosystem. His expertise includes business development, mitigation banks, wetland delineation, environmental permitting, environmental analysis for transportation and pipeline projects, compliance monitoring, wetland mitigation design/monitoring, preliminary site evaluations, wildlife assessments, environmental due diligence, and project management.
His most recent previous employer included Environmental Services, Inc. where he was a Vice President and Senior Manager. He was responsible for managing and growing the St. Augustine and Tallahassee/Panhandle operations over the past 10 years. David also spent six years with Consulting Engineering & Science, Inc. in Miami where he worked on a variety of FDOT and shallow water coral projects throughout Miami-Dade County and the Florida Keys. Tom Grumbles to Represent Cardno ENTRIX at REACh USA 2011 Conference

In Atlanta on April 13th, Tom will give a presentation at the REACh USA Conference titled: Lessons Learned from REACh Implementation and Thoughts for Going Forward to 2013. Tom is a Cardno ENTRIX expert on matters related to both REACh and TSCA and is instrumental in the development of many of the Product Safety & Compliance projects.

Tom Grumbles Wins Prestigious AIHA Fellow Award

Tom Grumbles, Senior Consultant in Cardno ENTRIX’s Product Safety & Compliance unit, will have the singular honor of being recognized as a Fellow of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) for his outstanding contributions to the profession and the Association. Only five percent of the AIHA membership can qualify for the prestigious Fellow Award which will be presented on May 18.
Tom served as Secretary of AIHA in 2000 and as President in 2004.
Dr. Kenneth Washburn Joins Cardno ENTRIX

Cardno ENTRIX is expanding its Product Safety & Compliance team and Toxicology practice with the addition of Dr. Kenneth Washburn. He joins the firm as a Senior Consultant in our Houston office. Dr. Washburn is a highly regarded product safety expert with extensive experience across the petroleum, special chemical and contract research industries. An analytical chemist and certified toxicologist from the American Board of Toxicology, he will bring a wealth of experience in product stewardship, regulatory affairs, hazard communications and litigation support to Cardno ENTRIX clients.
Prior to joining us, Dr. Washburn spent six years working as a Senior Product Safety and Toxicology Professional at CITGO Petroleum Corporation. During March 21-23, Cardno ENTRIX will participate at the GlobalChem conference and will be represented by three senior members of our Product Safety and Compliance Team: John Phillips, Tom Grumbles and Dr. James Coleman. Cardno ENTRIX will be in the Exhibitor Hall at Booth #2.

Our team has been engaged on a number of interesting projects from significant REACh compliance and Green Chemistry initiatives to TSCA and product stewardship.
