Cardno ENTRIX is a national leader in the field of Natural Resource Damage Assessment. NRDA has been a core service area for the firm for more than two decades. Cardno ENTRIX has established a major presence in the NRDA community providing experienced support for both oil spill and contaminated site damage assessments at ground water, surface water, soil, and sediment contamination sites. Over the years, our staff has participated in NRDAs at some 45 sites and 50 spills in more than 30 states.
In addition, Cardno ENTRIX professionals have experience with a full suite of habitats and contaminants. Our teams have worked with a large number of federal, state, and tribal trustees and been involved in a number of capacities ranging from highly cooperative assessments to litigation support and expert witness services. Cardno ENTRIX staff is capable of assisting in an NRD from beginning to end, including designing, implementing and monitoring the success of restoration projects identified during the NRDA process. Furthermore, Cardno ENTRIX has developed and applied unique, specialty products to manage clients’ NRDA liability and establish settlement frameworks. These innovative tools are not “off the shelf,” but tailored to specific environments and problems.
