Financial and Economic Feasibility Studies
Financial and economic feasibility analysis is a cornerstone of our economics practice. Cardno ENTRIX economists regularly assess the potential viability of new or expanded business operations in manufacturing, agriculture, retail, service, and many other industries for clients across both the private and public sectors. Our feasibility studies include estimated costs to establish and operate the businesses, upfront investment requirements, market penetration, revenues, cash flow, and rate of return as well as payback period.
Each study is developed uniquely, and Cardno ENTRIX never uses “cookie cutter” or “black box” models for our financial and economics analyses. We recognize that individual clients often place a higher priority on different variables—for example employment or long-run sustainability versus pure profit per se. So our economists work closely with each client to build their unique customer preferences into our financial and economic models.
Because Cardno ENTRIX economists have expertise across many niches—agricultural economics, recreation, financial statement construction and analysis, and many other disciplines, Cardno ENTRIX can easily match individual skill sets and relevant economics expertise with the specific experience required for each client engagement.
