In addition to the typical corporate benefits, Cardno ENTRIX offers a number of other perks and employee rewards.

Tuition Assistance

We are committed to creating opportunity and providing paths to advance at every level.  Part of that commitment includes supporting our employees in attaining advanced degrees and professional certifications.  After a full year of employment with Cardno ENTRIX, employees are eligible to participate in our Tuition Reimbursement Plan.  Benefits range up to $1,500 per calendar year for undergraduate study and up to $3,000 per calendar year for a graduate program. Certain grade criteria must be met for payment to be made. 

Support with Professional Memberships and Development

All full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible for support regarding society membership.  The number of memberships supported is dependent on employee’s role in the company and involvement with client work.  Additionally, Cardno ENTRIX has a budget for and encourages employee development through professional certifications, the attendance of conferences and seminars as well as developing papers for technical societies. 

Employee Referral Rewards

We think we have the best employees around—and as the saying goes, like begets like.  So when it comes to finding more top talent, we welcome employee referrals. Cardno ENTRIX employees are eligible for full-time hires only at the following rates: $2,500 for senior consultants and directors, $1,500 for project consultants and above, and $500 for positions below project consultant. Awards are paid in two parts—after a new hire's first 30 days, and the remainder at the referral's one-year anniversary.
