Mr. Williams was named Chief Executive Officer and President of ENTRIX in January 2009. In this capacity, he sets the corporate vision and strategy and is ultimately responsible for the firm's aggressive growth goals. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Williams served as a Chief Operating Officer, Vice President and Technical Director, responsible for the strategy, oversight and closure of numerous large-scale projects involving natural resource damage assessment (NRDA) and remedial action processes. Mr. Williams has over 25 years of extensive experience with environmental liability, remediation investigations and feasibility studies, environmental assessments and regulatory compliance. His specific expertise lies in the integration of traditional environmental risk management including the Superfund Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and related Voluntary Cleanup Programs (VCP) with the NRDA management methodology and settlement strategies. In addition, Mr. Williams has become a nationally recognized expert in the identification, quantification and disposition of natural resource assets. He also has provided expert witness and testimony regarding the magnitude, extent and remediation costs for various types of contamination. Mr. Williams is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas and Wisconsin and a Certified Geologist for Arkansas, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Wyoming. He holds a B.S. in Geological Engineering, from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

Dr. Taylor is Chairman of ENTRIX and one of the firm's co-founders. Throughout the firm's history, Dr. Taylor has been instrumental in the overall management, strategic direction and geographic expansion of ENTRIX. He has participated in multiple international assignments, and is responsible for the firm's international practice, including joint ventures and business development in Latin America. Dr. Taylor has extensive and diverse project management experience including environmental, oceanographic, and site selection studies for the oil and gas and electric power industries in the Southwestern U.S. and Alaska. In addition, he has experience with hazardous waste-related engagements, major environmental audits, and the development of cogeneration and water treatment facilities. He has provided consultation and expert testimony before state and federal agencies on behalf of industrial clients and worked with environmental regulatory policies and guidelines. Additionally, he has directed many large-scale projects representing numerous resources and disciplines including air quality, aquatic and terrestrial biology, geology, geophysics, foundation and earthquake engineering, oceanography, meteorology, socio-economics, and environmental engineering. Prior to ENTRIX, was responsible for management and development of an international firm providing services in geochemical exploration, geophysics, and geotechnical engineering to the oil and gas industry. Dr. Taylor holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Oceanography from Texas A&M University and his B.A. in Biology from Austin College.

Dr. Firth is a cofounder of ENTRIX, and has led the firm's growth in the western United States since 1984, beginning in Anchorage and expanding into California, Washington and other western states. Today, as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Strategic Operations, he leads the strategic growth and development efforts of key national business lines, practices and client initiatives. In addition, he oversees our Western Division for Client Services and also is actively involved in the recruiting efforts of senior level professionals to the firm. Throughout his environmental consulting career, Dr. Firth has gained extensive experience throughout the country, working from the East Coast, Anchorage, San Francisco, and Santa Barbara. His major project experience includes assignments in the oil and gas, electric utility, and pipeline industries. He holds a B.A. in Biology from Trinity University and earned his Ph.D. in Oceanography, from Texas A&M University.

Douglas Campbell

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Campbell is responsible for all the firm's financial matters, including corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, Treasury and Insurance as well as maintaining our banking relationships. He joined ENTRIX in 1990 and has been instrumental in building the firm?s corporate accounting and administrative department from the ground up. Mr. Campbell is the consummate professional in these important responsibilities and represents the firm in the financial community. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas.

James M. Teitt

Mr. Teitt is Managing Director of Client Services at ENTRIX and ultimately responsible for the quality and delivery of the firm's technical and business solutions to clients. He brings more than three decades of environmental consulting experience to this role. Over the course of his career, Mr. Teitt has been responsible for planning, market analysis, siting or licensing over 24,000 megawatts of power in the U.S. He has directed multiple environmental, economic, social engagement, public relations, and engineering services contracts for fossil, nuclear, and hydroelectric power, bulk power transmission systems, and fossil fuel supply initiatives. He also has experience with energy policy and planning, and strategic energy supply and demand management. In addition, Mr. Teitt has acted as a testifying expert on a broad range of energy issues including power supply planning, facility siting, licensing, need for power, alternatives, decision analysis, environmental impact and permitting, and mitigation in adjudicatory hearings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He also has served as a qualifying expert on water appropriation, flow management and water chemistry issues. Mr. Teitt holds a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Fisheries Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

John Giambastiani

Mr. Giambastiani leads the firm's business development and marketing efforts. He also serves as Client Manager for some of the firm's largest accounts. In addition, he regularly interfaces with client senior leadership across the Western U.S. on both program management as well as contract negotiations. Mr. Giambastiani brings over 30 years of professional sales, business development and operations experience to his role. He has developed, managed and implemented strategic marketing and sales plans at other large organizations as well as held leadership positions in both Regional and Office Management. His strategic business acumen and broad client experience in federal, state, and local government, as well as national and global industry accounts, has been instrumental in increasing market share, despite challenging economic environments. Mr. Giambastiani is a member of a variety of professional organizations, including the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), American Wind Energy Association (AWEA), the National Water Resources Association, Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA), Nevada Water Resources Association and the Power Association of Northern California. He holds a B.S. in Economics from St. Mary's College of California.

Edgar Uribe

Mr. Uribe has over 25 years of experience working in business process operations including finance and accounting, strategic expansion, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, contract negotiations, offshoring, information technology and human resources. In his current role, Mr. Uribe is responsible for business operations across the U.S., new office openings, risk management as well as the firm's IT, human resources and health & safety functions. He also oversees the firm's operations in Ecuador and Peru offices he helped establish during his first tenure at ENTRIX. Mr. Uribe led our expansion into Quito, Ecuador, in 1995, and operations there have been consistently profitable. Through multiple client international projects, Mr. Uribe later extended the firm's geographic footprint in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala, Trinidad & Tobago, Argentina and Panama. Beyond his career with ENTRIX, he has held various leadership positions with a number of other international firms with expansive global reach. He holds a B.S. in International Economics from Louisiana State University.

Richard J. Callahan, Jr., PWS

Mr. Callahan is Managing Director of Strategic Development at ENTRIX. In this capacity, he heads the firm's strategic direction and growth across the Eastern Division and is also actively involved in the firm's overarching corporate strategy, client servicing efforts and strategic expansion plans. He brings more than three decades of environmental consulting experience to his role. His expertise includes wetland ecology, wildlife biology; resource management; environmental assessment/ evaluation, project design, photogrammetry, habitat restoration, environmental permitting and mitigation. Because of his breadth of experience and strong rapport with federal, state and regional regulatory agencies, he has managed many challenging, large-scale projects over the course of his career. Mr. Callahan is a founder and former President & CEO of Biological Research Associates (BRA), a regional leader in environmental consulting, which ENTRIX acquired in 2007. In addition, Mr. Callahan is involved in variety of professional organizations, including the National Association of Environmental Professionals, Society of Wetland Scientists, American Water Resources Associations, Ecological Society of America, Florida Native Plant Society, Florida Association of Environmental Professionals and The Nature Conservancy. He holds a B.S.F. in Forestry/Wildlife Ecology from the University of Florida and an M.A. in Zoology from the University of South Florida.

Dana L. West

As Managing Director of the firm's Eastern Region, Mr. West oversees the firm's client servicing efforts, practices and operations across the Eastern U.S. He brings considerable business and environmental expertise to his role. Mr. West has spent well over two decades working as an environmental consultant and possesses deep experience in environmental permitting, surface water design, wetland and marine ecology, water resource management and mitigation design. His background also includes federal, state, and regional permitting, wetland delineation, and hydrology, with particular expertise in developing economical and innovation solutions to natural resource management and permitting problems. Mr. West is widely recognized throughout the Southeast as an expert in wetlands, water resources, hydrology and environmental planning issues. His prior experience includes serving as Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Biological Research Associates (BRA), a regional leader in environmental consulting, which ENTRIX acquired in 2007. In addition, he has worked for the Southwest Florida Water Management District and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Mr. West is a member of multiple professional organizations including the Ecological Society of America, Society of Wetland Scientists, Florida Native Plant Society, Gulf Estuarine Research Society, Benthic Ecology Society and the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals. Mr. Blankenhorn is the Deputy Managing Director of the Western Division, and in collaboration with Dr. Firth, he oversees client services, technical practices, and operations across the western U.S. He brings nearly two decades of environmental consulting, engineering and business experience to this role. He joined ENTRIX in 1994 and has lead or participated on a variety of complex engagements. More specifically, his diverse background spans hydrology and geomorphology studies, groundwater resources and groundwater/surface water interactions, site assessment and remediation, fish passage and habitat enhancement projects, and the preparation of an array of regulatory permits and environmental compliance documents. Mr. Blankenhorn is a California Professional Geologist. He graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Applied Earth Science and an M.S. in Civil Engineering.

Jean Baldrige

Ms. Baldrige is a Vice President and Strategic Director for Water Resources within ENTRIX. An ecologist by training, she earned her Master's in Fisheries from the University of Washington. Over her 30-year consulting career, she has worked on water projects of all sizes. She is particularly skilled in assisting clients develop strategic pathways to their goals, while anticipating and avoiding obstacles, and ultimately achieving sustainable resolutions acceptable to the wide variety of stakeholder interests associated with water projects. Throughout her career, Ms. Baldrige has worked extensively with water companies, agricultural interests, water and electrical utilities, city and county governments, state and federal agencies, landowners and multiple Indian Tribes. Currently, she is engaged in projects involving the water allocation between endangered species and water supply, Indian Tribe water rights, hydroelectric project licensing, and environmental evaluations under the National Environmental Policy Act and various state environmental processes. In addition, she is providing expert witness testimony and consulting services for water rights applications in the western states.

Neal Brody

Mr. Brody has over 25 years experience working as an attorney and consultant on complex environmental matters with particular focus on economic costs and damages. His work has included the estimation and analysis of potential claims for natural resource damages, strategic counseling of alternative settlement positions in Superfund and natural resource damages cases, allocating response and natural resource damages costs among parties, estimating claims and exposure to claims in bankruptcy proceedings and developing best management practices to optimize environmental performance. Mr. Brody's expertise encompasses environmental and health and safety issues and their application in contracts, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions, as well as all forms of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Brody is routinely retained by counsel and corporations to provide advice and/or testimony in matters involving claims for or exposure to suits for natural resource damages. Mr. Brody holds a B.A. in Government from Wesleyan University and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.

Mr. Freeman has 35 years of environmental, geosciences, and geotechnical experience. His work encompasses hazardous and solid waste management, environmental impact assessments, remedial investigations, action and cost assessments, as well as feasibility studies and hazards assessments. During his career, he has served as the project manager on numerous remedial investigations (RI) and feasibility studies (FS) under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) and the Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA). Mr. Freeman also has conducted extensive MTCA and CERCLA remediation cost analyses, geological and geohazards analyses, construction monitoring, environmental impact assessment, NEPA/SEPA consistency analysis, cold regions engineering, site and route selection, mine permitting, abandoned mine environmental due diligence analysis, pipeline route environmental and geotechnical assessments. In addition, he has provided expert witness testimony and litigation preparation regarding issues of site contamination, cleanup alternatives analysis, and remedial cost estimation. Mr. Freeman earned both his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geology from Michigan State University.

Paul M. Mehrle, Ph.D.

Dr. Mehrle is an environmental toxicologist and chemist with 30 years of experience in ecological risk assessments, litigation support, and international regulatory compliance of chemicals. He specializes in the fate and effects of chemicals including petroleum hydrocarbons, pesticides, PCBs, dioxins, metals, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. He has extensive experience in providing strategy development for managing environmental liabilities and supporting litigation cases. As the head of our firm's National Toxicology Practice, Dr. Mehrle is responsible for directing company-wide initiatives in ecotoxicology, human health toxicology, environmental and human health risk, and product safety and compliance. Dr. Mehrle has written over 100 scientific publications and abstracts and been an invited participant in numerous international conferences. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and served as president of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry and editor of the international journal Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry. Dr. Mehrle joined ENTRIX in 1996, after successful careers with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and as Director of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry at an international contract research laboratory. Dr. Mehrle has been a consultant and science advisor to global chemical manufacturers, consumer product companies, law firms, and state, national and international government organizations. He earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and M.A. in Zoology from the University of Missouri, and his B.A. in Biology at Rhodes College.
