Ms. Federsel is a Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) with over 12 years of geographic information systems (GIS) experience. She is proficient with the ESRI product line, including Workstation Arc/INFO, Arcview, ArcIMS, and ArcSDE. Her experience also includes spatial analysis, thematic mapping, global positioning system (GPS) to GIS conversion, address matching, database design and implementation, GIS quality assurance, quality control, and many years of project management. She has contributed new and innovative ideas in using geospatial techniques to assist in solving spatial problems for many types of projects, including environmental permitting projects ranging in size from a few to thousands of acres, transmission line routing, siting and permitting, water management/quality plans, site selection/feasibility studies, transportation planning, waste management, land planning, risk assessment, and land development. She holds a master?s in Geography from the University of Nebraska and a B.A. in Geography from the University of South Florida.

Ms. McKusick is a Senior Consultant with nearly two decades of professional experience using ESRI Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Trimble Global Positioning Systems (GPS). She is responsible for all phases of GIS and GPS database development including GIS and GPS project management, establishing GPS data collection standards and GPS data collection, database management, and GIS analysis. Over the course of her career, she has worked on numerous projects involving GIS and GPS including critical habitat designation under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) hydroelectric studies, land use and flooded lands analyses, agriculture, and population projections. In addition, much of her work has been or is currently in support of litigation and testimony. Ms. McKusick has done extensive GIS and GPS analysis in support of water rights litigation and negotiations on behalf of several Native American tribes in California, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. On many of these engagements, she is listed as a GIS and GPS expert witness. Ms. McKusick is a certified GIS professional (GISP) and earned dual B.A. degrees in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Washington State University.

Mr. Brice has over 12 years of experience as a Geographic Information System (GIS) and Information Technology professional working in the environmental, engineering and municipal sectors. Mr. Brice assists in providing an innovative and resourceful approach to project design and implementation. Over the course of his career, Mr. Brice and worked on a wide-array of projects from habitat conservation plans, to hydropower relicensing engagements to water quality analyses to a pipeline upgrade. Mr. Brice aids Cardno ENTRIX in providing wise and appropriate spatial and information technology to facilitate the successful completion of project goals. He holds a B.S. in Geography, with an emphasis in GIS and Environmental Planning from Towson University.
